FREE Jump Party Rules!

1. No purchase necessary.

2. Contests are open to residents of Nassau or Suffolk County, NY.

3. In order to participate, you must fill in your information, name, address, birthdate and phone number via the web page for the contest on jumparties.com.

4. Only complete entries will be valid and considered.

5. Website malfunctions to enter the contest are not the responsibility of Jump.

6. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries on 12/31/10.

7. 1 Grand prize will be awarded which will consist of the following components: A party for up to 8 guests to be held Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays) 2 Hour Private Party includes: 60 minutes in the inflatable arena's, 30 minutes in the game room, 30 minutes in the party room. Pizza or bagels and beverages for the children, paper goods, invitations, set up and clean up.**Socks and waivers are required. Additional Participants $12.95 each

8. Approximate value of grand prize: $349

9. All entries as a condition of entry agree to indemnify Jump and all claims costs or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs of defense) arising out of or in connection with any portion of the prizes being offered. The winner must accept the prize "as is" and without recourse to any party listed here.

10. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and therefore you must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.

11. Employees, associates, interns, other related sponsors of Jump and  their immediate families and any employees shall be ineligible to participate in this contest. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

12. Once you have won a contest neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another Jump contest for 30 Days.

13. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

14. The winner will not be able to substitute prizes. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Jump. Another winner will not be selected.

15. By participating in a Jump contest, winners and contestants grant permission to Jump to use their name, photograph, voice and or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional consideration.

16. Jump reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. Jump also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates without notice.

17. The decision of the Jump management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.

18. If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

19. Jump, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.

20. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves Jump of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.

21. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the discretion of the station.
