Frequently Asked Questions about JUMP Parties

What are bounce parties? Bounce parties are fun children’s parties where kids can jump, play, climb, bounce and slide on huge filled (pumped up with air) inflatables. Jump is perfect for all types of children’s parties, sports teams, clubs, groups, organizations, camps, or any special occasion in the Long Island NY area.

When do I arrive for the party? We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your Jump party time. This will allow time to sign waivers and take off shoes.

Why is the name "Jump"? Because “Jump, slide, bounce, climb, play and have the time of your life” is too long to fit on our business cards!

Are there other Jump locations outside of NY? Currently Long Island, NY is our only location, but check back for news on future openings.

How old to kids need to be to jump and bounce on/in the inflatables? Children must be a minimum of 34” tall and in good health to participate. There is no charge for younger non-participating children, or parents.

Can I rent the inflatables for my party? Yes, inflatables can be rented through our sister company:www.teamevents.com

What does a Jump party include? Each Jump party is your own private party and includes your own personal Jump party counselor. From start to finish, there's no mess or stress. Our friendly trained Jump staff will ensure your event is special. 

Are the inflatables sanitized? Yes, our inflatables are sanitized daily.

How many guests can I invite? Jump parties include up to 12 children plus the birthday child. An additional charge will be billed for any additional children that participate. (*donations and raffle parties may include less children)

Can I bring my own food and drinks? Outside food is not permitted but cupcakes and birthday cakes may be brought in for scheduled Jump parties.

Can I bring alcohol for the adults? No, we do not allow alcohol in our Jump Facility.

What is the best age group for bounce Jump parties? Jump inflatables are fun for the whole family. Our bounce and play center features toddler activities, a game zone fun room, and a place for parents to relax!
